DELIVERY HOURS:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
DELIVERY TIMELINE:
Primepick, a brand of BLJP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, will deliver your orders within 4 to 6 working days.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT:
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unable to sign personally, you may designate an alternative person such as a relative, workmate, neighbour, etc. BLJP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (Primepick) is not liable for any damage occurring post-delivery and accepts no responsibility for items signed for by an alternative individual.
ISSUES WITH ORDER:
Please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of order delivery for any concerns.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS:
Costs vary based on product type, packaging, size, volume, etc. Customers are informed of these costs at checkout.
COD (Cash On Delivery) POLICY:
If a COD order remains undelivered after 3 attempts due to the customer's unavailability, it will be canceled and returned. Customers refusing more than two COD deliveries will only be eligible for prepaid orders in the future.
SHIPPING CHARGES
For India Orders:
Prepaid Orders: Rs. 50 charged for orders below Rs. 499. Free shipping for orders above Rs. 499.
COD Orders: Rs. 100 charged for shipping below Rs. 3,000. No COD orders accepted above Rs. 3,000.
COD orders cannot be opened before payment is made and acknowledged by the Logistics partner.
